My latest take on Raptor! This modernized version utilizes a set of wings I built using two Night Viper sets for a much larger wingspan! He also has a more elements of his classic outfit I added in. The various feathers are very flexible as to not interfere with articulation and the falcon perch peg can peg into the pack for stowage. Lastly, he has his trusty sidearm and a pair of clip on claws.
