So I havent done a ton of customs in a long time,, but several years before DC released their DC icons Death of Superman Set I made my own set, that you can see right on this site. So when I saw the new dominator figure I new I had to try to pick up the paint brush again after so many years out of it and try to make it into doomsday.... but I wanted to take a whole new approach. So I 3d printed a doomsday head that I thought would match well.
sealed the head,,
primed the whole body and then painted the skin up from the bottom to give it living feel
same thing with the bones spikes,,,
and added some hair,, as well as some metallic painted zip ties for the harnesses
So after I got done doing doomsday. He felt lonely,, so I found a marvel sentry figure very very cheap,,I had a infinite crisis head already and before I new it,, supes was ready to go!
After not having done customs for a number of years, I was happy overall with how it turned out.
