Another character is love to see as a legit BAF. This is mostly a repaint tho I cut and sculpted the head with hair and sideburns, also cutting down the double chin. I got the hat on eBay and sculpted the cane topper. Model Masters green and Testors dark berry green plus a bit of white and black and brown. The cape is some spare fabric and the bow tie is a rubber band tied into and actual bow knot. I left the paint app kinda unfinished to give it a sort of ratty street look.
