The last of my 2012 TMNT mods. I always thought the Elite Foot Ninjas were a cool idea. So, I did something simplistic. I took four of the Foot Ninjas that came with the motorcycle and added the hats from four G.I.Joe Blind Master figures. I gave them each different weapons.
