This is Zal Dinnes, who flew as Red 8. The head I used was GI Joe Bombstrike, which is a perfect match. The body is Plourr Ilo along with the helmet which was repainted and decals applied. I clipped off the gun holster and repainted the clipped area. The neck opening was originally a bit too small, but heating it up in warm water and placing it on the neck post opened it up. I just had to drill a bit deeper so it wasn't sitting too high.
