Update to the description below the line. Went back to drawing board and took another crack using a 5" Playmates Picard 1992 figure (with the red jacket). Resculpted the hair to match up better with Shatner's 'do in Generations. Sculpted a TOS movie delta badge. Still used "Relics" Scotty arms and legs, but with the Picard figure, I didn't have to sand the legs down to fit, so it's much cleaner now. And the Picard body cuts a much more heroic profile. Included a pic of the original version for comparison.

I'm new at the customs game and this is my first attempt so it's pretty rough. I used the Admiral Kirk figure from the Playmates Classic Star Trek action figure line as a base. Arms and legs lifted from TNG "Relics" Scotty and sanded down to fit Kirk's torso. Sculpted and repainted Kirk's Admiral uniform to match the uniform he wore in Star Trek: Generations. Sculpted and repainted a more 90s Shatner hairdo. Created a badge by lifting a Delta from a spare TOS figure and sculpted a bar for it.
