I remember hoping over the years that they introduced a new wave of Psycho Rangers with new colors, but that never happened. I Googled once and there was only a later reappearance of them. But, then the comic introduced a whole new color. So, there's still a chance to see more pop up. They put that one guy over strong in the Annual, so the base concept is there if they ever wanted to do a Psycho War event. Thanks to holding off a lot with Christmas I was also able to get a shot of Green and Silver together. That felt appropriate.

Head was a cast from PlasticCurves. Upper torso, arms, and upper legs were from Hyperion. Lower torso and lower legs were from Wonder Man. Smoothed over the whole body with sculpt, then sculpted on the entirety of the armor. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
