Repaint Uncanny X-Force Warpath. I started by painting the base figure black. I added the arm cuffs from Caliban to his legs after cutting off tassel parts from original boots. Calves had to be sanded a little bit to get the Caliban cuffs over them, but not much. Primer around boot cuff connection and painted. Added X belt part from extra x-force wolverine. Pretty easy little custom that looks awesome with the rest of the team.
