To create an Uruk-Hai army, I did troop building and customizing.
The starting point was the crossbow figure. I created a helmet, made a pike and sword, sculpted a new face and gave him hair.
And a thorough paintjob!
Since all of my Uruks have individual faces, I load them up in batches of 1-2 a time.
