Don't think I've done something like this is ages. I used to love non costumed character designs, and I made them quite a bit in the early days. After seeing him pop up a few times recently by other creators, and realizing I had a Venom figure just sitting around, I decided to give him a go.

Drax works as a base for him, but this guy was dragged together by a little bit of everything. Even had to rebuild the belt a bit. Head came from Wonder Man with the hair heavily resculpted. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
