I had a Pirate Deadpool I was going to try and sell, really only wanted the BAF Strong Guy part. Then it hit me to make a Kurt Russell Santa Claus. I had an Ego head so why not. I trimmed some of the belt from Deadpool's coat and sculpted the belt and the fur trim. Added a little sculpt for his hair and beard. Really happy with how it turned out.
