So, years ago I made a really bulky Dark Knight Returns style Batman using the Hercules build. Figured I'd have to do the same if I ever revisited him, but the Hyperion build actually gives him some great bulk. I actually considered this same approach with a Flashpoint Batman at one point.

Head was a cast from Marauder, which I sanded down, then sculpted on the mask. Upper torso, arms, and upper legs were from Hyperion with the lower torso and lower legs from Wonder Man. Sculpted on the belt, boot, gauntlets, and emblem. Cape itself was completely sculpted. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
