Legacy is one of those 90s character where they almost 100% copy the costume of another character like Sersi copies Rogue. The ponytail comes from White Tiger and the Negabands from the newer Mar-Vell Legends figure. I don’t know what you call the circles in his pants but they came from a set of sticky craft beads. Model Masters yellow, red and white. Testors flat sea blue.
