I used a SH Figurats Baby Groot from the Rocket Raccoon Pack. I then painted sculpted the figure. "Paint Sculpting" is pouring a coat of paint on a figure, wait for it to dry. This kind of remolds the figure. I then used a needle to make "bark" look.
