Presenting Harvey Dent as portrayed by Billy Dee Williams in Tim Burton’s third Batman film. After failing to get Penguin elected as Mayor and being burnt by Catwoman Harvey, now taking the title of Two Face, sets out for revenge. Soon enough his path would once more cross Batman’s and as well as a new threat to Gotham in the form of Riddler, played by the late Robin Williams.
This figure was made with the Black Series Lando head placed on a Toy Biz Xavier body. The hands were transplanted in from the Black series figure as well. For the burnt face I used a Masters of the Universe Skeletor face, Spawn Zombie ear, and Marvel Legends Cable’s hair. I hope you enjoy.
