Since we all know Zartan is soon coming, I figured I would go ahead and make his brother Zandar for the new Classified series. This version is heavily based on previous iterations of Zandar in comics as well as previous versions I have done in 3.75 inch scale. Zandar comes complete with a removable scarf, classic spear gun, pistol, and dual knives.
