Here is my custom Star Trek: Discovery action figure - Commander Nhan. This figure is in scale 1:10, about 6 inches high.

body: build from many spare parts, heavy sculpted, repainted
head: Uhura - Star Trek TOS (Art Asylum), repainted
hair: Hit Girl - Kick Ass (NECA), repainted

I have also made more Star Trek: Discovery/Star Trek: Strange New Worlds custom figures (about 20).

Have you tried making 4.5" Nhan using a Voyager Cardassian Seska head & DS9 Dax in the red TOS uniform from DS9 Tribbles-a-tions ?
