I was looking forward to making this guy for a long time, Dr. Starline from the IDW Sonic comic. My favorite mad doctor Platypus Eggman fanboy started out as Jet the Hawk, though his warp topaz gauntlet and shoes are 3D printed based off a model my friend made. I also extended his legs a tiny bit so he wouldn't lose any height with the different shoes. The rest of his details are good old fashioned apoxie sculpt.
