Inspired by another custom on here, a full repaint of the Gamerverse Mr. Negative, then a Chris Evans Cap America head. Sculpted the bowler hat on and gave him some sideburns.

I think because the scale of the cap america figure, his face comes out the appropriate amount of scrawny.

I recommend it! I'd go with a different head as the necks don't really match up, but don't know one off the top of my head. This one was just a head I was willing to part with
