Another one I came across while looking up another character. And it was great timing too. I've been wanting to do some type of Black Panther figure, but couldn't settle on anything. This guy is an African dictator from DC Comics, created by a former Black Panther writer who was really fond of the character.

I love this guy's design, with that massive mane. Cut that down from a Kraven vest and glued it on. Head was a cast, potentially from AvacsLab or StarWarsGeek. Sculpted up the gloves, upper torso, and the belt. Hands were from Wonder Man, with a little bit of sculpt added to the back. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
