So, this guy is pretty much the Raj comics variant of Marvel's Klaw. A character I never expected to have a similar counterpart anywhere. There are lots of characters with sonic powers, but they typically take the Black Canary route, or make it a sonic gun of some kind. But this is the first time I've seen someone who at least takes the same approach as Klaw.

Sculpted on the sonic arm, left bracer, belt and skirt piece, armor on the lower and upper torso. Sculpted up the entire collar, and then sanded and resculpted the head a bit. From there, a full repaint, and all finished up!
