Wanted to do a more realistic containment suit version of Electro I took a movie Electro, gave him a comics Electro head with a comics inspired paint job. I resculpted his chest. I used metallic and gloss finishes to give the suit a rubbery look.
I gave him the electric hands from Eel and lightning effects from Ebay
