Been a long time since I've fixed up a Vulcan. I think my last rendition was Emperor Vulcan. Curious to look and see if his design has varied a lot since then. I kinda expect he just faded away at some point. Haven't heard about him in a while. But this time around we're going back to the Deadly Genesis design with a blue shade instead of black.

Head was from Steve Rogers with the hair resculpted. Then I sculpted on the belt. From there, a full repaint, and all finished up!
