Hey, Fellows ! I’ve found a cheap Zolm (prince of Persia), which upper body has the perfect orcish posture already, but limited leg-articulation. Therefore I replaced the section from hip, down to knees, by one of the same Eomer-figure, which lower legs/feet, I’ve used for the previous orc warrior (Âznırg) I’ve made recently. Then attached Zolm‘s lower legs again. Removed the arrow-launching-mechanism in the right and resculpted both forearms. Dremeld off a bit of the chainmail-sleeves, to get a bit more range of articulation on the elbow-joints. The head comes from a lensing necro (chronicles of Riddick). Never used soft goods on an orc before, so I gave this redish faux-leather a try. The cloth and the collar-piece are from an isengard orc warrior, readily identifiable. All the armor is sculpted, or casted in ProCreate-putty. The helmet is sculpted from scratch. Sword and axe are sculpted over plastic. I prefer bringing out the details myself, as you noticed. Mine are even more freestyle.

The helmet is brilliant. Please use cloth more, it makes it better.
The paintjob on the head is very good, as usual. I do think you could do more with giving variety on the colours in the armor: brown leather, yellow fur and so.
