Not really a custom, more of a straightforward head swap.
So I’m a big fan of Plan B action figures...they were the unsung heroes of the late ‘90’s in my opinion.
Nice head sculpts, nice articulation (especially for that time) and a TON of accessories!
They are pretty pricey online, unless you look at their actual website (yes they are still out the with a limited inventory for around 10 bucks each!).
The main Drawback was that they only came with one head sculpt...so it’s hard to build up an army!
I simply took a Terminator Marcus, popped of the head, dremeled the neck and now I have another soldier.
The helmet fit perfectly
