The easiest custom ever, I think it cost me like $11 total. If you’re a fan of Back to the Future, you’ll have a lot of fun with this show. It’s really corny and they rip off just about every popular movie from the 80s, but it has so much heart. I actually heard about it from another show; Darkplace, which you also need to check out. After having watched all the seasons, I’d probably re-do him with his letterman jacket and jeans from “The Leap Home,” which is hands down the best episode.

I watched Quantum Leap on it's original run when I was a kid. This figure is great.
Also I watched Garth Merenghi's Darkplace on it's original run in 2004 so I know exactly what line you're referring to with the Quantum Leap bit. :P

Well he’s super cheap; even the one that comes with part of the bridge is affordable. I used it for my Captain Kirk and I think he looks great. The stuff Art Asylum did almost 20 years ago rivals a lot of what’s put out today. Plus, I used his body for a Michael Myers. He’s too skinny but I like to be economical with my customs. I can always go back and sculpt some bulk on him.

But seriously, you could make any civilian looking figure and call it Sam Beckett, lol. Oh boy. This was one of my favorite shows growing up and I still catch it on TV from time to time. Personally, the Stevie King Halloween episode was always my favorite. Cool to see someone make this character.

Yeah, that episode was kinda nuts. Al’s the devil?! It’s funny because that one actually set up a great premise of something they never used; Sam fixing little problems quick. I imagine if they’d had a season 6, we’d have probably gotten more episodes that took place in multiple time periods, with Sam fixing all these problems through the decades in minutes. I mean, the leaps were supposed to get harder.

Wow. Never watch this series but really remembered the comercials and many friends told me it was great. The figure is really well done.

Aww thanks. I think I was born about halfway through the series, but it’s surprisingly good. Only downside is that they just straight up cancelled the show when it really started getting good. It kinda ends on a cliffhanger. Plus, Star Trek Enterprise is my favorite incarnation, and Scott Bacula was captain in it. It’s a shame more people didn’t like it.
