As mentioned in my previous custom, I will be posting my personal MCU Avengers OG6 and so for the second Avenger to appear in the MCU, we have The Hulk!

Now this is a very simple custom as I only changed his trousers. Obviously, this is the Prof. Hulk BAF which had the unfortunate identity crisis due to his ripped pants. I assume the manufacturers based the pants on Hulk’s Thor: Ragnarok appearance but his heads are obviously Endgame inspired. Although I appreciate the savage look of Hulk’s ripped pants, I personally like his character’s progress in the films wherein Banner and Hulk finally agreed to work together which led to the Prof. Hulk persona. This is why I opted to have him wear appropriate clothing as he didn’t Hulk out accidentally or had to bring out the Hulk on an emergency mission. Now what I didn’t like from Endgame was Hulk’s final battle costume which honestly looked like a onesie to me. So I started with the idea of having him wear a similar pair of trunks from Age of Ultron.

In order for the pants to have a textured appearance without painstakingly sculpting it, I opted to use black garters instead. They were stretchy and would form around Hulk’s legs well. I carefully glued the garter on his crotch, hip joints, thighs, and calves. I then added white garter strips (which I painted purple) on each side to pay homage to his classic comic pants. I also added garter on his waist which hid the noticeable gap at the waist articulation. As for his knees, I wanted to make it look like he had padding on his new pants so I glued faux leather on his knee caps and painted it gray for contrast. With the gray knee pads on, I added matching elbow pads as well using the same garter and faux leather combo. I played with the idea of giving him boots (to complete the sort of WWE look) but since it has been established that he had no problem jumping around barefoot, I figured he only needed reliable pants for his dignity and skipped on making the boots. And with that, my version of Hulk is complete!
