Haven't made this guy in a while. I always thought the concept was interesting, but that also came from a period where I was better exposed to the Sinister Syndicate as opposed to the Sinister Six. So he was probably the first real villainous speedster I was ever exposed to.

Head was from the really old MU Daredevil. Back on that old build. Sanded down the horns and mask a bit and sculpted on the visor. Hands were cast from Marauder. Originally bought for when I planned to remake Speed, but I haven't gotten that far yet. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
