Base Body :
Neca Dream Sequence Jason.
I sculpted the torn straight jacket and bullet holes with Green stuff sculpty, trimmed his shirt to give it the appearance of being tucked into his pants like in the film. The collar and wrist cuffs are compression clamps from rubber tubing, I added a real metal chain that I bought at Home-Depot.

Head:
Neca Dream sequence Worm Head sculpt.
I took the mask off and sculpted his puffs of hair and new straps for the mask and then sculpted my own version of the mask as none of the Neca ones match his unique look from the movie.

Weapon:
The futuristic surgical machete was sculpted entirely with Green stuff and sanded into shape and painted chrome.
