I didn't want to spend a lot of money to get the Marvel Select Mephisto, so I used parts from old toys. Chest and head from a KO Kratos I bought for the chains that come with him, arms from Toy Biz Scorpio, feet from Toy Biz Thor, upper cloak from Mr.Sinister, the rest of the cloak from Phasma Elite Series 6", skirt from Phasma 3.75 TBS cloak (but you can make the cloak and the skirt with fabric or whatever). I put them together, I sculpted hair and the rest of the robes. I painted everything and done. Easy peasy.
