Adventure has a name...and it’s Indiana Jones! At long last; here’s my Jim Steranko-Style Indy :) There have been a few Indiana Jones action figures released over the years, but they’ve all been disappointing on one level or another. The Figma version looks goofy and cartoonish, and they chose to depict Geriatric-Indy instead of him in his prime. The Hasbro figures had great sculpting, and a vast range of characters, but the sculpts were inconsistent, and of the umpteen iterations of Indy in that line, only ONE sculpt resembled Harrison Ford, and he had a RIDICULOUSLY oversized removable-fedora ruins it. And the scale and articulation were less than desirable. Then there’s the Disney theme-park versions; the scale is good, but the sculpts on the figures are atrocious, and too bulky and muscular for Indy. Leave it to ML to provide the pieces for the perfect Indy! If you love this franchise, I recommend THIS build! And if you prefer your Indy to look like Harrison Ford, substitute your favourite Han Solo noggin! Enjoy!
