This was a very easy custom. Cape Mario is from Super Mario World. The cape I used was from a Robin figure from Batman & Robin from Toybiz, dated 1989. I simply boiled and popped the head off, attached the cape, then put the head back on. Any standard Mario will do. His mustache had a mark on it so I dry-brushed some black on it to fix it.
