Recipe:
Base: DC Collectibles DC Essentials Nightwing.
Chest Armor: Aves Apoxy Sculpt.
Gauntlets/hands/mantle/head: DC Direct Batman Knightfall Azrael Batman.
Gauntlet/leg scallops: Kenner Knightsend Batman.
Grappling Hook: Wire with removable fodder hook attached.
Pouches: McFarlane Wetworks Dane ammo belts.
Paints: Testors Model Masters Acryl/Citadel Gold paint, sealed with Vallejo Matt Varnish and superglue.

Needed a modernized figure of one of my favorite Batmen, and DC has yet to do him justice.

Been holding on the armor pieces for years, just needed the right base figure to come along. O'l Dick was perfect for the part.
Lifted the scallops from an old Kenner figure and added them to the gauntlets and legs. Gauntlets slide onto arms.
Hands were modified with ball joints from an Armored Power Rangers RoboKnight.
Mantle attached with magnets that fasten to the back. Head modified to fit peg. Neck armor seams were dremeled in.
Drybrushed muscle definition.
Drilled holes for feet pegs.
