Here I present a young and realistic version of the Penguin who is at his prime and, of course prior to his balding. The old Danny DeVito version was more of a magic and science fictional character and there is no new penguin in modern batman movies. The whole figure was made of DST Westworld Robert Ford. I shortened his legs and made a fur collar coat, brought with him his cigar and umbrella. I reckoned top hat and monocle were outdated. The head was resculptured. Hope you like it!
