Dial-tone was a figure I'd wanted for a while...unfortunately for me he was only available through the GI Joe collector's club..so...I went about putting together my own. His torso is from Renegades Firefly, with the head from one of the ROC figures. Arms are from 25th Airbourne. Legs are a bash too. I utilized a vintage figure's accessories. and cast the different add ons from the vintage figure.
