Simple recipe, Dark Avengers Venom body with the head from some Hasbro kid friendly line of figures. Dunno what they're called but they had rubber slingshot things on their arms. Last picture is for size comparison.

You should have took the regular mu venom and switched with sabertooth legs and repaint

This is really neat. But you should make him bulkier and taller. That'll help the figure look imposing. Like he is going to destroy everyone on his path.
