So I, like a lot of people love the Lizard BAF but would have preferred a different head. So, I tried my hand at resculpting the top half of the existing head. I tried to make it look as close to the mcfarlane Lizard as possible while still being confined to base head. I used aves apoxie to sculpt the head and pro-create for the teeth and tongue.
