The OG Rhino TAS figure is largely pretty useless in over 10 years of customizing... I don't know why I didn't think of this earlier.
Discount store Elephant head (cut off a few heads to get the right sized one) and sculpted neck and cuffs.
He's often drawn with lightning-bolt-shaped tusks but inconsistently... so this is it.

Holy smokes this rocks dude man I'm digging this dude this is right up my alley dude I do this quite a lot find a cheap animal toy decapitate them and place them on figures body dude I think I have that same exact elephant I made a custom too with it I forgot his name though he's posted on here I think under the Tusken guardian

He's under the name Ndovu Tembo I think it's the same elephant ha imagine that what are the odds finding it like 4 years after your creation

thanks mate. yeah, yours looks great! the head looks better on that bigger HeMan base. I'm always looking at the cheep animal toys, and eagle head for future Beak, a Leopard for Tekken King, and apes to go with my Red Ghost custom.

You and I both mate I found a few at this discount grocery store but the ones I found there are a bit different from the dollar store ones they are a little better and cheaper by like thirty five cents my eagle, panda and tiger customs were all from this store if wondering the cheap animal toys are called nature world made by boley corp.
