I made a custom figure of Renee Montoya as the Question way back in 2013, and especially after the character's appearance in the Birds of Prey movie, I thought it was time for a revisit. The Michelle figure from Spider-Man Homecoming is a great base figure, changed up just a bit from the Jessica Jones/Elektra Marvel Legends base. I wanted to create alternate masked and unmasked heads: for the unmasked head, I used the more serious Michelle expression, with hair from Elektra. For the masked head, I used a cast of the Michelle head that didn't come out great and sculpted over it, also using hair from a second Elektra figure for the ponytail. Jacket was from Jessica Jones. I resculpted the shirt to add a collar and used a tie from a Coulson figure, trimmed and repainted. The hat was from an old Super Powers Joker figure, modified to fit and repainted.
