Here's a bit of an odd Klassic design. Although, a few years ago I did make that fan character Khrome. And this guy at least showed up in the old comics. Another member of the Lin Kuei, I believe. Was cool to pull together. Light blue works to make him more distinct from Sub-Zero.

Sculpted up the leg bracers, arm bracers, belt, skirt piece, and full straps over the shoulders. Head was from, I think, a Storm Shadow. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
