Used a lot of spare fodder to sculpt the outfit, pouches and spare parts came from Lady Deapool, the Dazzler Belt (which I removed to make it comic book accurate) & parts from a Black Widow gun.
Sculpted half the torso to make it bare to make it accurate.
Used a spare Sentry head, sculpted the moustache & adjusted the jaw, cheekbones & nose.
Sword was cut & reshaped from a spare Deadpool sword I had, gun was also from the same X-Men Deadpool figure.
