This is Skurge, the Executioner, in a version inspired by the great custom of Toycooker. I've always thought the head of Executioner made him look goofy, but with this helmet, he looks more menacing, and it fits very well the MOTUCverse, as a sort of Skeletor henchman or similar.

I casted the axe, handsculpted the head and shield skull, skirt is made out of floor vinyl.
