And this one's an enemy of Dhruva! This round felt very 70s and 80s DC. Did a big run through characters from that time over the last couple years, and these just feel very reminiscent of them.

Sculpted up the belt and bracers. Cape was, I think from the Infinite Heroes Powergirl. Just added the other half to it with sculpt. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
