Another classic Marvel villain, Blacklash started as Blackbolt. A little sculpt to his mask and gloves and boots. The cape is from Vision, the whip from Blackcat, and the plumage is a piece of Wendigo's hair from what was left from making Morg. Atlas (many thanks to Wings for the inspiration) is on the worktable waiting on a head cast to come in.
