This Raj Comics character is the sister of Dhruva. That's all I got there.

Feet were from the Avengers movie Black Widow. Should have kept all of those. I have a bunch, and they actually work great to cut into proper heels. Really wish BossFight would do an enhancement kit with things like fists and heels. Head was from Mockingbird. Sculpted up the collar and belt, gave her a full repaint, and all done!
