When the Taskmaster design for the upcoming Black Widow movie was released, I felt like an action figure of it would make the ideal base figure for Deathstroke, and set about working on a Deathstroke custom using this base the moment I got my hands on one. While it looks like not much was changed structurally, this was more work than I anticipated. The scarf is a bit harder to remove than it looks, and because I was unable to get it off cleanly, I had to sculpt a new armour piece connecting the shoulder to the neck. Halfway through working on this, the neck peg broke, and as such I cut the neck off entirely and replaced it with the neck from a Netflix Daredevil, blending that into the rest of the figure. For the masked head, I used a cast of a Captain America: Civil War Crossbones head and modified that with sculpt. The unmasked head is a General Zod from Man of Steel that I sculpted new hair, additional beard and the eyepatch onto. This is the Slade Wilson head that I'm the happiest with of all the Deathstroke customs I've done so far. The bandoleer was from a Spawn movie figure, and I attached a sheath to that made of craft pleather. Also made a holster for the pistol out of craft pleather. The sword that already came with Taskmaster worked great; I just sharpened the edge of it and repainted it to remove the orange highlights. Painted it all up. Thanks for looking!

Thanks! The scarf is harder to remove than it looks at first and you're left with a bit of a gap that you'll need to resculpt.

Nice Deathstroke from a Taskmaster base! In the comics, their designs are similar, so this was a great idea for a custom conversion. Great job too on the unmasked head you sculpted from Zod. The face reminds me of Slade Wilson from the Titans TV series played by Esai Morales.

Thank you Ric! Yeah, I feel like the unmasked head is kinda in-between Joe Manganiello and Esai Morales.
