I used a CW flash figure as a base, I then took a mold of a superman symbol for the crest and used a Peta head for the head of superman. The cape was custom made by me with a wire in it.

Was looking on Ebay for a Peeta from Catching Fire. Couldn't tell about the head connection type for NEC figures. Is it the standard ball and socket pop on/off type? I think that Peeta's head from this figure would be perfect for Ralph Dibney's Elongated Man from the Arrowverse
