Uniform is pretty close to the Actual style of HALO 3 game.
Head is a Marvel Legend J.J. Jamerson with Tash shaved off.
Weapons are from Mattel, Joyride and some Model Kits.

This is a great custom. Not many 1/12 scale halo customs out there, even less mezco styled halo customs. I do think the figure is a little too tall though.

Hi & Thanks Very Much.
Not sure what you mean with the height being too tall. Crazyfigure bodies are slightly shorter than Mezco. With his helmet on he equals a Mezco figure at 6.5.
