Scratch built from various parts. Fans are from Soldier force.
To hold the rotor blades that is by Rare Earth Magnets. Holds them tightly in place, allowing the rotation feature and when in storage mode to the side.
Also the Control arms fold up into the body when in Storage or when extended have 2 points of articulation.

Here are Two of Three I have made of these versatile Heli Back Packs for my 6 inch figures. Here my 1/12 AT Joe Test Pilot.
Has a 4 point Cloth working Harness.
The Rotor blades are TILT too with fold out controller arms either side
