This was a fun project. I had some spare original BAF head of that figure and I decided to make some more "closed jaw style" head out of it. I simply separated the jaw parts, then cut them to my liking and filled + sculpted the missing pieces and gaps with epoxy clay. Painted with acrylic paints and sealed it with mod podge. It took me around 2 hours - of course not including the time to dry [I let the paint dry overnight just to be sure, later on I did the same with mod podge]. I also tried to do my best to match the blue shadow on his head as close to the original as I could. The removable tongue is not on any magnet, I simply trimmed it down to fit inside the mouth and lock on his fangs, it sits tight and you can't see any separation from the sides [that jaw is a lil bit tight and I didn't had small enough magnet anyway] Hope you all like it.
